Mayville State University presidential search process begins

Posted on 11/3/2017

The presidential search process for Mayville State University will begin next week and include input from the public.

The firm AGB Search will direct the search process to find a successor to Pres. Gary Hagen, who earlier this year announced plans to retire after more than four decades at the university. AGB Search has conducted presidential searches in the past to select leadership for other colleges and universities within the North Dakota University System.

The search process will begin with a listening session from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6 in the MaSU Campus Center Luckasen Room. Members of the public are welcome to attend and provide feedback regarding the university's strengths and challenges, as well as the kind of leadership that is a best fit for the four-year institution.
