SUBJECT: 400s: Academic affairs EFFECTIVE: September 14, 2016
Section: 440.1 Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) Reporting

Responsible employees at each institution shall report fall and spring semester enrollments as required by SBHE Policy 440. System-generated reports shall be created for the purpose of reporting specific components of the fall, winter and spring IPEDs collection pertaining to enrollment at each institution. In consultation with responsible NDUS system office staff, student information technology staff shall consult institution keyholders as necessary to make modifications to reports according to guidelines provided by IPEDS. Specific NDUS reports pertaining to enrollment for the IPEDS collection periods are as follows:
