Regular classes for the spring semester began Tuesday, Jan. 14, at Bismarck State College with enrollment numbers higher than a year ago.
The college reports a headcount increase of 4.6 percent and a credit hour increase of 3.7 percent.
BSC Interim President Dave Clark cited the college's focus on student retention, highly relevant class and program offerings, as well as the ongoing demand for graduates in BSC's energy programs as factors in the college's strong spring numbers.
