About the seminars

Additive manufacturing technology, also called three dimensional, or 3D, printing, has reached a point where it is affordable. The UND Department of Computer Science is offering an unbiased look - one that doesn't favor one 3D printer technology supplier over another - at how the additive manufacturing process can be leveraged by businesses and educators.

Educators can receive professional development for educators (PDE) credit for attending the UND-hosted two-day seminar, which focuses on how the technology can enable student learning across many subject areas from art to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
