Recommend approval for UND to proceed with the reconstruction of the paved parking lot south of Clifford Hall and adjacent to Campus Road at an estimated cost of $1,643,000 to be funded by 2017-19 extraordinary repair funds ($1,000,000) and matching funds ($643,000) from housing and auxiliary facilities system excess reserves (portion generated from parking) designated for plant improvements.
25. Recommend approval for UND to proceed with the reconstruction of the paved parking lot south of Columbia Hall and adjacent to Columbia Road at an estimated cost of $2,175,000 to be funded by 2017-19 extraordinary repair funds ($1,000,000) and matching funds ($1,175,000) from housing and auxiliary facilities system excess reserves (portion generated from parking) designated for plant improvements.
26. Recommend approval for UND to proceed with the remodeling of the third floor of O'Kelly Hall at an estimated cost of $2,243,000 to be funded by 2015-2017 extraordinary repair funds ($300,000), 2017-2019 extraordinary repair funds ($700,000) and matching funds ($1,243,000): appropriated funds ($1,143,000) and asbestos abatement funds ($100,000).
27. Recommend approval for NDSU, to the extent permitted by NDCC 15-12.1-17.6, NDSU to proceed with a fundraising campaign for a Greenhouse Facility at Williston Research Extension Center (WREC) through the NDSU Foundation and Alumni Association in an amount not to exceed $400,000.
